David L. Therrien, J.D., ABR, e-PRO, RECS, Realtor® - I am a licensed real estate agent in Maryland with an ABR designation. I hold degrees in Law, Psychology, General Studies, a minor in Computer Science and certification as a Cryptologist. As a former U.S. Marine and retired Naval Officer, I understand people. My primary goal of customer satisfaction is only achieved by educating the client.

I have been the CEO of a 55 employee title insurance agency operation, interned with the law firm of Sommer & Steele, L.L.C., interned with the Office of Planning and Zoning for Anne Arundel County, Maryland. I was employed as a Realty Specialist with the U.S. Marshals Service, I have given lectures as a guest speaker at the University of Baltimore, School of Law on residential contracting practices in Maryland and I write on real estate subjects as Professor eHome, "Real Estate's Internet Answer Man".

I am a member of the local board's County and State Legislative Committees, I provide home buyer seminars to the consumer and I currently lead a team focused on creating a state of the art network of digitally savvy real estate agents. Called "The Answer Team Real Estate Network", our goals focus on consumer education. To that end, we are developing content rich consumer oriented websites. We have developed a totally wireless mobile capability and are currently developing a central processing capability and digital marketing tools that are intended to be the cutting edge tool chest required for the next generation of real estate agent.

I also lead a team developing "The Real Estate Mall", an effort to create a common website presense for subject matter websites related to the real estate industry and organized for the consumer under one roof. Unlike the national efforts already present on the Internet, this effort encompasses a grassroot organization of websites containing relevant and accurate local and regional information. This will provide the consumer with usable and applicable information that is current and reliable at the local level.

Robyn has been with The Dave Therrien Group since its inception. She has grown with the company – working leads, processing contracts, acting as the office manager, and now specializing as the Listing Coordinator. Robyn is responsible for assisting sellers with all aspects of their property sale and her wonderful photos capture the best features of every home. From the initial consultation to the settlement table, you can count on Robyn to be there every step of the way!

Steve was born in Maryland but spent 24 years in the US and Germany as an Air Force air craft mechanic. He knows firsthand the challenges that every buyer faces because he has rented and purchased property many times himself. Steve returned to his Maryland roots over eleven years ago and now focuses his attention on helping others find the right place to call home. Steve’s enthusiasm and familiarity with the area make him a terrific choice as a buyer’s agent.
